SECTION 6 - ORDERS, BILLING, SHIPPING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

This includes orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card, or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may try to tell you using the email address, billing address or phone number you gave us. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid. You agree to update your account and other information promptly, including your email address, shipping address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete information you give us.

Shipping. Delivery times shown on our site and in our Shipping Policy are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays or other events outside our control. Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address you gave us, as shown by the carrier’s tracking, the risk of loss passes to you. Customers in Canada are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that apply to their order.

Chargebacks. If you have a problem with an order, you agree to contact us first at info@avicbeau.com so we can try to resolve it. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or file one that conflicts with our policies, we may dispute it. We may also send the payment processor your order details, tracking information and communications. We may refuse future orders from you.
